Although you could almost say this movie is just a redone version of Cast Away, the situational differences give this movie a leg up. Fighting for survival on another planet makes for a good movie. Its even a little educational. So I would recommend watching.

By now we know he is stranded on Mars. The way he gets through each passing day is thrilling to watch as he "Sciences the heck out of it."

This movie looks outstanding on 4k tv and player. also looks great on Blu-ray . action movie.

The Martian is a great movie, but even better in Blue-ray, and at a discounted price, an overall bonus deal. Will watch this many times.

Had "The Martian" on blue ray already, liked it so much that I had to get it in 4K when it became available, don't regret in doing so!

Great movie one of the best from 2015. Matt Damon is terrific in this and well paced. Comes.with blu-ray and instant use for digital copy.

I loved this movie! I did not get a chance to see it at the movie theater and could not wait until I could purchase it. Very entertaining.
