This is a great 3D movie with lots of great special effects, and the story line is also engaging. This movie will keep you on the edge of your seat till the ending.

If you like movies such as Gravity, Interstellar, or Mission to Mars, then you will love The Martian! I'm glad I bought it, because I've already watched it 4 times!

Combines action adventure and science as we watch the main character go through a series of actions and adventures that leaves the viewer on the edge of their seats

The extended edition is the way to go. Not only more movie, but the supplemental features are fantastic. Buy it and be happy.

We bought the 3D version and it is amazing. Martian is a well done exciting movie. You really get caught up in the story! I would recommend it to friends and have.

Enjoyed this movie rental so much had to purchase and add to my collection. The extended version with digital HD (itunes) makes it really convenient to watch.

This was perhaps the most inspiring space movie of 2015. We CAN go to Mars if we only choose to do so -- all of the tech in the film is within our grasp! Let's go!

A sold performance by Matt Damond about being stranded on Mars the 3D adds a lot for the visual effect. This was an upgrade for me and well worth it.

thought it was going to be a bit boring, i don't always agree with Hollywood, but it was so well directed with a great story and great cast. Will watch it again.

Good story, good writting, great acting and spectacular visual effects! The story has comedy, action, drama, suspense and keeps you interested from sart to finish!

Title says it all. Mr Damon is stranded on Mars and has to figure out how to survive. Great visuals and a good twist on the castaway theme.

This is a great movie. This was just a great movie that showed Damon with tactics on how to survive on Mars. Great ideas where there is a will there is a way.

I enjoyed this movie so much, what an amazing movie every part of it had me. It's suspenseful and exciting. Love the actors, the movie wasn't to predictable.

This movie means a lot to me because this was the first movie i watched with my girlfriend, and it represents great memories. this is my go to movie.

Well thought out adaptation of the novel. Matt Damon does a great job. This is the one to have, extended cut of the film and a great collectible steelbook!

Excellent 4k picture quality worth the upgrade from bluray especially if u have a 4k Tv with Dolby Vision

I already had the UHD 4K Martian Movie but bought this one also when it came out to see the extended version. Its an amazing movie and even more amazing in 4K.

This movie is great to experience the quality of the Samsung UHD Blu Ray player! I hooked it up to my new Samsung SUHD 55 in 4K and I was not disappointed.
