I love this movie! It is the castaway of space! It's funny, it's sad, it's scary, it's a wild adventure! Matt Damon delivers!! Buy this movie and watch over and over, it is that good!

This is a good movie. Matt is funny and his performance is great. The cinematography made me feel like I was there. I was cheering for Matt every step of the way from start to finish. Must warch.

I really enjoyed this movie from a content and visual standpoint. I purchased a LG OLED TV and this 4K movie. I appreciated that the extended and release versions were included.

Excellent movie with Matt Damon. There was some great humor in this which helped, given his character's situation. It was also inspiring to see how he handled himself and his new reality.

If you have seen"The Martian"; I encourage you to see the extended version. More humour, a little more realism, and you will see how some scenes unfold; making more sense in the plot.

Wonderfully written script, great action and remarkable acting. Two thumbs up. The steelbook is a must have for any fan of this film especially due to the extended edition that is included.

This money was better than i expected providing engaging yet fun characters and a narrative that honestly connects to the real world, on the side it also had exceptional science messages.

This is a great example of 4K with HDR.... although almost 90% movie is the same orange/redish colorset... its still breathtaking.

I loved this movie in the theaters. I bought it the day it came out on blu-ray. Some time later, I saw it on 4k, so I bought it again. One can never have too many copies of sci-fi movies.

Thought it was very well done. Serious and humorous as well as deeply suspenseful and it made you really care. Damon is awesome. Double Oscar should have been awarded. Break the rules. Watch it!

I first this movie and was like might be pretty good. But as I was watching, I was amazed. This movie makes science looks cool. I made sure to buy this as soon as it came to DVD. Excellent movie.

First I thought this was going to be another of those boring movies in space. After it won the Golden Globes I got curious. Boy, I was wrong, this movie is excellent. Great acting by Matt Damon.

the film is wonderful, the book its based off is great as well. this is a wonderful 4k version of a great movie

This is a wonderful film and looks great in 4K. Also highly recommend the 3D Blu-ray as well. But, the 4K is awesome and again this film is superb. Highly recommended.

The Martian is a great film for the family or the science fiction fans. It is filmed with allot of CG, but you would be hard pressed to find in. You could believe that they filmed this on Mars.

This is one of the best 4K movie. The picture and sound are very close to real, but the special features are just like blu ray version. the Extend Edition is better than theater version.

I figured this would be like every other space exploration movie where something goes wrong and the characters spend the rest of the movie trying to survive and get home. But I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. Yes Matt Damon ends up in trouble but it's the unexpected comedy that makes this movie worth watching. Overall a great film!

We saw this movie 2x in the theatre, so clearly it is a favorite, but the extras were so fun and clever. Loved the mock tv show and the behind the scenes by the characters. Worth the purchase!

I wasn't sure about this at first but was pleasantly surprised by this movie. Matt Damon took a horrible situation and made it bearable. Great for all ages. It's a favorite of my tween son.

The Movie is great and Matt Damon was the perfect actor for this movie. The book is better because it is more detail, but it would have taken three movies to follow the book.
