On a mission to Mars, one of their party is stranded. Matt Damon does a wonderful job is showing how to survive on a foreign planet. You really feel his pain throughout the ordeal.

I can't explain it but apart from the movie being kind of in the middle it was great. The soundtrack rocked and the story kept you interested enough to care what happens at the end.

I loved this movie. The action gets started early and keeps moving. This is one of those movies that really puts you in the situation you're watching. Highly recommended.

I read the book, but hadn't seen the movie yet. Seeing that all the reviews were good for the movie I went ahead and purchased it. I like that it also comes with the digital version.

A perfect mix of science fact and science fiction. Keeps you interested from beginning to very end. Only thing I was not too happy with was the hard to believe rescue in space near the end. I would have made it a bit less dramatic. But it is a hollyweird movie after all. May your roll of masking tape be with you always.

Loved this movie in the theater and I immediately knew I had to have it on Blu Ray. Matt Damon was great and the story keeps you watching. A great addition to your blu ray collection.

This is one of Matt Damon's better movies, and it's very true to the novel. If you've read the book, you won't be disappointed with this movie, which is more than I can say for a lot of adaptations. The pace of this movie is very good, and the ending is satisfying. Pick up a copy--you won't be sorry!

Matt Damon is always left behind or abandoned somewhere. Always needing rescuing! Quite comical, and this movie had some comedy in it to mix with the action and suspense. Great movie!

It has a great story line, and keeps you wanting to watch it. Starts right off with action from the beginning and does not stop until the end. It does have some funny parts to it too.

I really enjoyed The Martian, extended edition 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray 2015. A very enjoyable experience.

This has to be our favorite movie from the summer. It's funny and keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's a cool too that it portrays a man using science and his brain to stay alive.

The Martian is a great movie for the entire family. Its perfect for our weekly movie night. Interesting story with plenty of comedic sequences to keep you engaged for the entire film.

My husband and I loved this movie! We are really enjoying our new 3D television. Right now the biggest drawback to 3D is not being able to rent 3D movies. I highly recommend this one.

I was really surprised by this movie. I mean a guy by him self on mars. How good could it really be? It was great from start to finish with plenty going on and it was paced very well.

This was a great movie in every way. Who thought Matt Damon would be this good all on his own! Great effects, great sound, have watched it several times now and doesn't get old.

This to me was much more of a comedy with some moments of suspense. If you're into space, adventure and science mixed with some wit and very funny dialogue then this is a most see.

One of the stand out movies of the year, fun, funny, instills wonder and adventure. Brings back the magic feeling of the Space Program which we have sadly lost. It's beautiful in 3D
