I really enjoyed this movie especially with all the science involved with travel and communications between Mars and Earth! The acting and cinematography are outstanding!

I liked the movie very much. Great special affects, and I would recommend it to others to watch. This movie kept me glued to the screen, and was definitely worth watching.

Looks and sounds great on Blu-Ray. It depicted man's incredible will to survive at any cost to body or mind. I also loved the soundtrack which brought me back to the 80's.

Of the recent space movies this one provides sci-fi action as well as suspense. The many twists and turns leaves you on the edge wondering if he will make it and see home.

A lot of movies need to be watched the second time and share with a freind or family. Have a library of great movies for family movie night. Bring on the popcorn...TheBob

Really enjoyed Matt Damon in this film. Very reasonable adaptation of the book. Very nice special effects. Definitely glad I purchased because I could watch it many times!

This by far one of the best blu ray releases in a while. Love the extended edition. Great extras especial the NASA panels.

As soon as I found out it was out in stores, I went and purchased at my Best Buy. Didn't quite get a chance to watch yet but glad I have it. It'll be fresh for a rainy day

I'm not a huge fan of Matt Damon, but this this movie had all the right elements to make it very entertaining. Not as accurate as say Interstellar, but I still enjoyed it.

I purchased this title the same day it was released in Blu-Ray 3D because I really wanted to see this movie. It actually exceeded my expectation and was even better in 3D.

I bought this for my mom, who loved the regular cut of this movie. I wasn't impressed with the extended cut; it didn't add a lot to the story. If you're buying the movie for the first time, go for this edition. If you already have the regular cut, I'd say this isn't worth paying for.

Just watched on an 85 inch Sony and was very happy with how this looked. Colors were just right and the audio was crisp with nothing muddled or hard to hear on a 5.1 set up.

Loved the movie, had some parts that I was not fond of but if your looking for something good to waste time watching then this is it! Besides who doesn't like Matt Damon?

Great movie made even better by 4K. Definitely worth adding to your collection.

Just recently bought the Xbox one s and wanted to test out the 4K drive and the picture of the Martian is absolutely stunning. Buy this and don't think about it

The Martian is one of the best movies of 2015, as evidenced by its many Oscar nominations. There's a surprising amount of humor for a movie about a man alone on a planet.

One of my favorite films of 2016 and was pleased to have purchased this at a very nice discount because it was one of the black-Friday movie offerings at Best Buy.

Purchased as gift. Have not watched movie but have heard all positive reviews from friends/family. No issues with overall purchase. Digital copy was easy to redeem

The movie itself is excellent, entertaining, and captivating. The BD experience is comparable to most current releases...nice extras and crisp picture quality and sound.
