Being a astrophysics major I usually hate space movies but I absolutely love this film! Highly recommend this movie to everyone!!

Golden Globe winner for best comedy?...Ok, i'll agree it was a fantastic movie that coincidentally contained really good dry humor.

I saw this in theaters and have seen it about 4 times on TV. This extended cut adds a little more and its still an excellent film.

I didn’t see this in the theater because it just didn’t excite me. Caught it on HBO one weekend and decided to buy it.

Good, Clean, Fun: Moving, Grabs ya from opening scene to closing. Visual scenes literally "out of this world". A bit Disney-fied, but well worth the time for when you want to get away, but not deal with drama, violence or heavy thinking.

Just when you think it is another boring space movie, this happened. This movie had me laughing pretty much the entire time. Must see.

I absolutely loved this movie. It was how things worked out for him in the end. I thought it was filled with a lot of intensive spots.

I read the book and loved it. My niece said I would also love the movie and I do. I have shown it to my friends and they love it to.

I saw it at the theatre, and loved it there. And now I can watch the Martian at home on my 3D blue ray, and it is still a great movie.
