Phenomenal sci-fi pic. About as realistic as it can be with great humanity and problem solving. That much better in 4K

Damon had a great performance. I wish they would have had more Watney but I get that nobody would have seen a three hour movie.

I think Matt Damon did an excellent job in this movie. I have watched this movie over and over again. There's even humor in it!

Not that the movies are on the same level, but you can compare Matt Damon's performance in Martian to Tom Hank's in Cast Away. Damon got a lot of alone scene screen time and did a great job. Extremely entertaining and very suspenseful as well.

This one puts the science in the science fiction story. It's a good story, and its well acted. I recommend it to all my friends

At first this sounded kinda boring but it turned out to be very good. at first it seemed to drag on but picked up very quickly.
