The visuals and sound design are amazing in 4k. Totally worth it over the standard Blu-ray version.

I rarely buy blu Rays without seeing them but it was on sale got $14.99. Great deal, the next week is was back to $26.98

What an imaginative tale and this blu-ray is so well made. It has great picture and sound plus the 3D version is super.

I have yet to watch it but my husband has and he says it was good. He mentioned something about it being more comedic, which surprises me, but he and I tend to like the same films and if he says it's good then I guess I can trust him!

This was a great movie to watch even as hard as it was to believe it could happen. Forget all logic and enjoy the movie.

It was a good value, in that it came with the 3D version, the standard Blue Ray version as well as the digital download.

We got this movie in 3D and it didn't let us down. Was great on our 65' Samsung 3D tv. Highly advise to get this movie.

I enjoyed this version of the the movie, it only has like 15 mins of extra footage but it made a little more sense..

Matt Damon expertly captures the spirit of Watney and the supporting characters were perfectly cast. You genuinely cared for the actions and decisions of each character and cheered for the final rocket launch.

this extended version of the Martian is terrific. Loved the extras that I didn't get to see in a movie theater.

The book is better but not by much. Wonderful film with an amazing story about survival and perseverance.
