By far one of the best movies I've seen all year!!! Funny exciting and exhilarating!!! I've already watched it twice and it's in my top 10 of all time!

I thought this was one of the best releases of 2015 with a surprising amount of comedic relief, she phenomenal performances and amazing visual effects.

This is a great thrill ride about space travel. No fantasy here, just solid science and problem solving. Great comedy/drama.

Not a fan of Matt Damon (besides the Bourne series) fact is this movie is amazing. Character development as we as the overall suspense is above par!

THE MARTIAN is a high-energy feelgood movie with a great soundtrack. The movie was pretty infamously nominated as a comedy and it does have a lot of humor under the drama while Matt Damon commands a strong performance as nearly the only character in an entire movie.

Matt Damon & Ridley Scott - wonderful combination. While not a full blown "comedy", it does have funny moments, but is definitely a story of survival.

While I enjoyed this movie, I was hoping for more. Interstellar is one of my favorite movies and I was hoping this would join it. It's good, but not nearly the film that interstellar is. If you enjoy this genre, you'll enjoy this movie. Just don't go in with huge expectations.

The Martian is an excellent movie. The Bluray is not too shabby either. A little upset that another version is coming soon. Either way, worth a buy!!

This is a great movie and incorporates many of the "facts" we know about Mars as well as incorporating the current state of scientific theories.

The 3D effects are really good. Matt Damon should win academy award, but he probably won't! I had read this book before and the movie is just as good.

I saw The Martian in the theater and loved it. I did not see it in 3D so when I purchased, I wanted the 3D version and it makes the movie even better.
