I really liked this fiction movie,people are sick by this kind of spending money, people will soon realize that it will always be one way trip.

This movie was released to coincide with the announcement that Mars did in fact have seasonal liquid water (albeit with large amounts of dissolved ionic compounds). It is meant to inspire us into moving toward a human trip to Mars and to see it as feasible.

Watched this movie before listening to the book on tape, and the movie does a great portrayal. Love the humor in this movie. Recommended.

Looks so much better in 4k. Extended is well worth the time to get the complete story.

Really enjoyed the movie,great visuals and an excellent job as usual from Matt Damon. I was disappointed by the pg13 rating. I enjoyed the book and for the most part the movie gets a lot of it right. Definitly recommend and a great addition to my blu ray collection

I enjoyed the movie so much I bought a copy for my private collection. Got it on a Black Friday for cheaper than a movie theater ticket!

Watching this on a 4K screen is great. Although technically CGI'ed elements cannot be shown in true 4K, the colors are still great.

This was a great movie and very interesting and suspenseful with the space travel story. It is a great movie for fans of Matt Damon as well.

By far this is the best movie matt Damon has had in years. Very believable. I could see how someone setup a gofundme to save him from Mars lol

Great story. Matt Damon was great - since he was the only actor on screen for much of the movie. The special effects were pretty cool as well.

I bought this movie for my new Sony 4k player and it was an awesome movie. Just the visuals looked awesome. Movie itself was great.

Great movie. Quality of audio/video is great. The extra stuff in the blu ray is very interesting. You can exchange the digital copy in itunes.

The Martian is an great movie. This movie is suspenseful, entertaining and I would recommend it to anyone. One of the best movies of the year!

I saw this in the theatre, but not in 3D. The 3D experience is far superior, especially in your own home without distractions. Great film too.

The movie reminds me a bit like Cast Away with a space twist. The 3D treatment wasn't overly done; an enjoyable movie. I would recommend it.

Contains multiple discs for various formats, however the reason for the purchase was for the HDR content, and that does not disappoint.

I've turned in to a bit of a steelbook junkie lately, and this is one of those must-have movies. Artwork looks great. Recommend.

The movie was one of the best science-fiction movies I have seen in years. Outside of showing the main actors butt, it is a good family movie.
