I didn’t see this in the theater because it just didn’t excite me. Caught it on HBO one weekend and decided to buy it.

This movie is not a suspense film but will keep you on the edge of your seat. It's funny, light, and nerve wracking in a good way. If you like the movies I recommend the book as well highly worth it.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It is a fascinating story that keeps your attention from the opening until the closing credits.

you need to see this if your thinking on going to mars, just a thought. brings out survival and lots of suspence, one great movie

Really liked this movie! It has action from the git-go. The science aspect of the film is a big part of what makes it interesting & fun.

Ridley Scott has done it again. He's a master storyteller and his movies are visually appealing. The Martian is Gravity meets Apollo 13.

I have watched this movie more than once and still see new little tidbits that I find interesting. This is one worth getting for sure.

I bought the blue-ray version for our house and the regular DVD version for my dad while he is away hunting. This movie totally rocks!!!
