This movie in 4K was great! The movie was great before but with a greater picture and sound it only enhances the movie.

Great movie. If you liked "Robinson Crusoe on Mars" (1964) you will like this. Except there are no aliens in the current movie. drat!

Good, Clean, Fun: Moving, Grabs ya from opening scene to closing. Visual scenes literally "out of this world". A bit Disney-fied, but well worth the time for when you want to get away, but not deal with drama, violence or heavy thinking.

We bought the 3D version on this movie and it was a real treat to watch. The picture was great, 3d fun, and the movie was great as well!

Very believable and kept your interest throughout the movie. Shows what one person can truly accomplish if they believe in themselves.

I enjoyed seeing a movie uses actual science in creating the story. Nothing outlandish, very little science "fiction" about this movie.

The Martian with actor Matt Damon was fast-paced from the start! High energy, plenty of action, and an excellent plot. Loved this DVD!!

Matt Damon in another space movie but this time he’s on mars

This movie is great for everyone. It has loads of space history in it, quirky jokes, Sean Bean doesn't die and more. Great space movie!

Matt Damon plays the lead almost exactly how I pictured him in the book. Amazing real and believable take on possible Mars exploration.

This was a no brainer purchase. Film was already great on Blu-Ray and the addition of 4k and HDR makes it even bolder.
