My Family sat down and watched this movie on movie night. My parents and inlaws both enjoyed it as much as my wife and I.

A little longer, but just as enjoyable as the shorter theatrical release.

The Martian was a great family movie with several twists and turns especially for those who enjoy space research.

A fascinating insight into what it might be like to get left behind on mars. A sort of contemporary version of Apollo 13.
