Just a good all around movie and 4k makes it look spectacular!

From the very first 3 words of the book...i was hooked (for those of you that have read the book, you will totally understand!). i didn't think that there was any way that the movie would be anywhere near as good as the book, and thankfully i was wrong! the comedy, drama, and overall disparity of the book were completely present in the movie and everyone in it did a wonderful job. the only things that were missing were some of the more technical explanations as well as 3 particular "calamities" that happened - but really weren't needed to get the point across in the movie (and an ending that was a bit more sensational than it was in the book). if you've read the book and aren't sure whether to give the movie a try - please do - it is done very well and i'm sure you will be pleased. for those that haven't read the book - don't let that stop you from seeing a truly entertaining film!
