I was really hoping for some great interstellar 3D effects. What I got was obviously manufactured backgrounds. All the stars are the same size and color (pinpoints of white). Could have done without the disco music.

The Martian by all means visually is a very nice film to look at. The acting though is a little loose. I can see why the studio label it a "comedy" because it's more light comedy than drama.

Did not like this flick. Matt gave a bad performance. If you all could watch mission to mars with Gary Sinese and Tim Robbins you will see that this movie is more realistic than Martian.

For all the hype about this movie it was disappointing. Certainly not in the same league as Appolo 13 or even Gravity. There is lots of drama but it is not gripping enough.

I want to watch this movie because outer space is one of my favor to watch but this movie is not much about the space. It focus more about how to survive with little food.

The 4 k looks amazing but I swear this movie is boring. I fell asleep twice trying to watch the movie. I know it won awards but I found it boring. Sorry.

Not sure why there was so much hype for this. As much as I would hate to say this I felt Gravity to be a better movie. In regards to 3D Gravity certainly surpasses.

I was not craxy about this. Too much him by himself. They should have done somethinig crazy like found a ancient culture or something. He should stick to Bourne movies.

Returned the movie because it froze up. On the extended version, the mouths didn't sync up to the dialogue.

The movie wouldn't play. I don't doubt best buy would have exchanged it for me but I just didn't have the time or ambition to do it

Cast away meets space. I had high hopes for this movie, but the story is predictable, lacking, and feels like it was made for tv.

Very predictable. The movie was not able to build the plot really well and some stuff were very illogical.

Don't fall for the hype for this movie with it's Oscar nominations, it's like a horrible part two to interstellar.

The 4K quality is awesome. The one star is for what seems like a disc issue or remastering issue. When playing the movie, there is a bright white vertical line in the extreme right side of the screen. Adjusted all aspects and could not get rid of it. Other 4K discs don't have this. Sony UBP x800 player and Lg 65" OLED

No suspense from the beginning to the end. The story is unique but not well presented

John Cena would have been better, it is time for Cena to shine.

Maybe it is just me, but I expected so much more from this film.

This movie was just average. I didn't see anything special about it.

I was disappointed with this film, was boring. I would not recommend it.
