I puchased this movie on a whim. I didn't know what to expect. It is a very good movie. With a great casting. The family has already watched it three times.

Love the movie! This was perfect for showing about space life to my students to interest them in NASA STEM lessons

Man I came away from this one, like, fully convinced I could grow a garden on Mars, man. Far out.

I didn't see this movie in theaters, I took it off the word of a friend of how good it was and I was not disappointed. Great addition to my movie collection.

My hubby wanted this after he watched it with his family. He couldn't stop talking about how great it was. Glad we got it to add to our collection!

Great director's cut if you seen the original I recommend the extended version especially if you don't own it yet

One of the best movies of 2016 ... i've seen it 3 times already and am constantly finding new things about it. Pretty good interpretation of the book.

i bought this without having previously watched it - loved it, wished i would have seen it on the big screen for a more immersive experience.

Matt Damon is fantastic in this movie. Don't try to take is too seriously. The science is close to sound, just enjoy it for what it is, a good action drama.

Reminiscient of Apollo 13, The Martian is a truly entertaining and believable tale that is well acted and has a happy ending. What more could you ask for?
