One of the better movies this year, the Martian takes us on a more comedic cast away setting where Matt Damon must use his knowledge to stay alive in a mysterious setting where he must create good and learn to survive

Such an amazing and inspirational movie! A must see. Great acting. Great scenes. Really gets your mind thinking. I highly recommend for anyone!

The 4K Version of the Martian came in just like I had an anticipated. The quality of it is fantastic. I love how I got a digital copy of it attached to this version, which also includes the theatrical version.

I love movie with actual scientific background. And this movie really holds up. Darn good flick. I recommend to any space enthusiast.

I don't want to give away anything, but Matt Damon was outstanding in this movie. Acting, writing, directing, and casting were all superb! Probably the best movie I watched in 2015. Well, that or The Force Awakens.

The Martian, Ridley Scott's film about an astronaut surviving on a desolate planet, is at heart a shipwreck story, one that just happens to take the form of a science fiction adventure. The 7.1 audio mix is very good

Bought this not knowing much about the movie. The wit and humor where a delightful suprise. Solid plot and acting. I think this film can be enjoyed by lots of different types of people due to its character and story.

I am a sci-fi fan and this is one of my new favorites. If you haven't seen the movie, it is the millennial version of Robinson Crusoe. Lots of science based dialog and action, but still a good story with good dialog.

I enjoyed this movie though I had trouble getting it to play on my 3D BluRay player and had to go back to my original BluRay player. This movie is potentially a future real life drama, we (or some f us) will see.

From someone who never reviews things have to say this was a Great, comical, intelligent, syfy movie. Not to take away from tom hanks role in cast away but thought I was almost watching updated version of cast away.

Excellent movie. Very good plot (Matt does a great job of portraying survival on the red planet), Well acted. The other cast are all great, but this is Matt's movie. Very highly recommended!!

This movie is very entertaining and one of Matt Damon's best. Special effects are awesome and the story line is very well written. Without giving it away, the ending is even more cooler. Need to watch it yee all....

Fantastic movie that I genuinely enjoyed after expecting it to be soooo boring. A guy completely alone on a planet? How can that be interesting? I was wrong! So good! The 4K Blu Ray is a mixture of Upscaled 2K and 4K native which is not as awesome as a complete 4K would be but it is still better than a normal Blu Ray so worth a buy.

Great movie and wasn’t going to pay to rent, so bought the Blu-ray and digital version so I can watch anytime I want!

This movie is absolutely wonderful. You can see why Matt Damon is considered one of the great actors of this generation. Everything from comedy to heartbreak to action is in this film and it delivers on all fronts.

This was an amazing movie about the human spirit and will to survive such dire situations. This blu-ray packaging comes with a great presentation of video and audio for the movie and the bonus features are a bonus.

This is a very faithful adaptation of the boook its based on. It's so well made, you find yourself with your fingers crossed and on the edge of your seat, despite having read the book and knowing he gets out alive.

Definitely one of the best from 2015. Damon has done it again. Truly entertaining with superb cinematography effects without overkill. A sci-fi that everyone will enjoy. A definite must see. Promotes STEM for kids.
