It was a really good movie that's why I bought it I saw it in the theater but defently is a movie to own and watch several times.

I read the book and loved it. My niece said I would also love the movie and I do. I have shown it to my friends and they love it to.

Just when you think it is another boring space movie, this happened. This movie had me laughing pretty much the entire time. Must see.

I absolutely loved this movie. It was how things worked out for him in the end. I thought it was filled with a lot of intensive spots.

I saw it at the theatre, and loved it there. And now I can watch the Martian at home on my 3D blue ray, and it is still a great movie.

Awesome movie, which is even better experienced in 3D if you have a 3d blu-ray capable setup. Highly recommended!

Love this movie. Quickly became one of my favorites. I already owned the theatrical version but I wanted the Ridley commentary.

Good scifi 3d movie. Pros: Action packed, good sound and 3d Cons: Had some difficulty playing in Bluray player, newer copy protection.

Very good movie did not realize that it would be a tragic comedy. Overall it's a worth a watch but I wish I only had rented the movie.

This movie is great story and has great visual effects. 4K just enhances it even more.

Watched it with some friends and my wife. Everyone loved it. Great drama with some comedic moments! Sort of a Robinson Crusoe on Mars.

Martian 4K definitely looked awesome with my new 4K projector. However, the difference between 1080p and 4K was not as mind blowing as I thought it might be. I am not sure it's worth the extra $$$ to upgrade your Bluray collection to 4K.

One of the best of the year. Definitely some elements of humor but it is ultimately a tale of overcoming the odds stacked against you.
