This was a great movie. I saw it in the movie theater and knew that I wanted to buy it once it was released on bluray. Looks and sounds great in high definition.

The movie was really good. The book was better if you want a better feel for how desperate he was, the psychological impact, his humor, and more problem solving.

Since I've purchased our 65in Sony 3D-BlueRay TV I only get my 3D's at Best Buy because of the Best Price The Martian is very good with the atmosphere & picture

I was able to purshase the metal tin blu ray verision for 12 dollars and am glad I did because this is a movie I will definitely watch again.

when i heard about this movie I was thinking that it was going to be like the movie Gravity and did not want to see it however after friends talked me in to watching it I'm glad that I seen this movie It was serious but funny also had the SCI-FI in it another to add to your movie collection

This was much more enjoyable than I expected. I was looking for more of an action movie but this movie kept my interest all the way through and was enjoyable

I love 3D and this one doesn't disappoint. Picture is great with scenes that pop out as if it was in your room. Great purchase for $10.

What seemed like another film in the spirit of Castaway, this sci-fi hit is a wonderfully enjoying film. I highly recommend adding this film to your collection.

Gravity, with Sandra Bullock, covered similar ground. But while I couldn't get into that movie I really liked this one. Matt Damon injects a lot of humor into his role, and that is a great help. Plus there are good scenes from the other supporting actors to stop this being a one man show
