I've always loved the Matrix. And when I had some BB Reward Credits to burn, I picked up this deal. The 4k quality is great. And while I haven't gone through all 3 movies yet, the inclusion of Atmos audio is way better than the original DVD's back in the day.

One of the greatest sci-fi film series ever gets a much needed upgrade. The DVD and blu-ray of these films were some of the best of their respective eras, and now they are back in the new era 4K UHD and better than ever. The original film is still the best of the Matrix stories, and the Animatrix, the second best, is sorely missed in this set.

Great 4K release. Not a big fan of the sequels, but would watch just for the visuals and sounds. I got it on sale but I immediately regretted that I didn't wait for the 4th film to release. Since another box set will be released after the fact. The first movie is great though. Worth it just for that.

This is a must have collection! Very good movies in great quality.

Matrix has always been a great movie for special effects and getting the trilogy 4k Ultra HD Blueray to enjoy dolby atmos was a must as it really shines with my updated dolby vision and dolby atmos system. I got this after christmas at a great price as well and highly recommend.

What can I say? The Matrix in 4k, FRIKKIN AWESOME! The Dolby Atmos makes a huge difference and the image is fantastic. One of my favorite all time films so hard to go wrong here. I got it on sale and I think it is a great buy. I have a new player as well as a OLED tv so the image quality is what I had hoped for.

My personal opinion is that 'the Matrix' (first) remains the stand alone best and most enjoyable film of the series. Regardless of other critics and reviews, I also think it even looks the best in 4K UHD. CGI utilized in the other two movies ('Reloaded' and 'Revolutions') can appear as a video games to me in some of the action scenes. Still, all transfers are good... I just think this to be reflective of the technology at the time of release (which was pinnacle then). No Dolby Atmos here, and that may concern many. Nevertheless, I am pleased with my purchase and would still prefer/recommend it over standard high-definition.

This set comes with 3 movies in 3 separate boxes, and a digital code to redeem for all 3 in 4k as well. Each movie also comes with an extra bonus material disc unlike the steelbook. Must have for any matrix trilogy fan. Too bad resurrections was quite disappointing...

I got this collection as a Christmas present for my husband, and he loves it! The picture quality is incredibly clear in 4K, and we feel like we’re at the theater from the comfort of our home. You can see every bead of sweat on the actors, ha. I highly recommend this collection for any Matrix fan!

Having already owned several different versions of the trilogy and this is by far the best copy that I have in my collection. The visuals pop more than the standard blu-ray format, especially the visceral energy of the lightning rifles used by the Zion infantry. The (red) cherry on top is the atmos soundtrack, which takes the whole move to another level.

Matrix has never looked or sounded better than in this 4k presentation. Dolby Atmos sound is extremely engaging and tremendous. The picture is truly beautiful and the film still holds up to this day. Well worth the purchase.

I bought this because it was a great deal at $45 for this 4K box set with digital copies. I love steelbooks, but at the time the steels were $90, and I couldn't justify double the price just for the art upgrade. Then a week later the steel books went on sale for $75. That was enough to sell me on the upgraded case versions. Now if you don't care about the steelbooks, this is a nice box set with a good value for 4K movies at less than $20 each. Has nice art and basic 4K discs cases. I have not watched the movies yet so I cannot speak to the difference and quality of the 4K disc upgrades. The digital copies do show up in your Vudu Library as UHD 4K quality if you redeem on movies anywhere.

The Matrix is amazing, Reloaded is highly entertaining with some of the best action in any movie ever, and Revolutions has its good moments so overall this is worth the 4K upgrade. The picture quality and sound are stunning for all three movies.

The Matrix is an instant classic sci-fi adventure, full of action scenes that are mind-blowing!! This is for sure a must own for all 3 movies…what a difference in 4K…WOW!! Really looking forward to the 4th one coming soon to theaters early next year.

I love The Matrix trilogy! And it's even more fantastic and awesomer in 4K definition with high-def sound! I feel like I am actually in the matrix. Whoa. Maybe I really AM in the matrix! Neo, where are you, pal?

When I first heard that Warner Brothers was rereleasing The Matrix in 4k Blu Ray I was intrigued!! But I wanted the whole trilogy in 4k not just the first movie well my wish was granted! If you are a fan of the Matrix films this is a must buy and the deep blacks in these movies with HDR looks amazing. I definitely recommend buying this!!

This trilogy is my favorite in my collection. I have the trilogy in blu-ray and is good, yhis 4K transfer took it to a whole new level. Colors look more natural without the green hue in the blu-ray version. Happy to have this in my collection
