upgraded picture quality is apparent, upgraded sound now supports Atmos, and the box art is slick. Very happy with it.

This is always a blast to watch amazing upgrade from blu ray and audio atmos tracks blow you away just get it dude in a non gender specific way :)

Must watch. Classic. Even after all these year, still great. First one is definitely my favorite but for the sale price, purchased all three 4k. Great addition to my collection.

The main question with any 4K purchase; Is it worth the price over a Blu-Ray or DVD? The answer here is, YES. Debate if you wish the movies, but the quality of the 4K picture/sound is phenomenal and worth the upgrade.

I have always loved this trilogy and this upscaled version did not disappoint. The first film was not the best quality but considering it’s a 21 year old film it was still good.

The Matrix movies were some of my all time favorites so when I read a review about how good the 4K HDR versions were I didn't hesitate to get them. Unfortunately my eyes are spoiled by the extreme quality of 4K HDR movies like Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Lucy, Blade Runner 2049, and The Revenant. These movies are stellar in the quality of the visuals with pristine clarity and color ... sheer eye candy. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Matrix Trilogy. While I'll admit the color is much better than the original and certain parts are very good, overall there's just too much grain in it to make you go WOW .... It' still and enjoyable viewing but a reference 4K HDR it is not. If you love the Matrix trilogy then it's worth getting ... Just don't expect the video quality to blow you away like the affore mentioned titles.

If you haven’t watched The Matrix trilogy let alone just The Matrix, do yourself a favor and watch them. Gorgeous 4K transfer in a decent packaging.

I love the trilogy. It was made for 4K and HDR. The films are heavy with cutting edge (at the time) special effects which really shine in 4K and HDR, but this also shows some of the limitations of CG at that time.

Definitely notice the difference with 4K Crisp color, black tones without the distortion or pixilation that you see with DVDs and sometimes BR. Details pop. Morpheou's coat even looks black instead of green.

The original is still stupendous. I will defend the second one, it's a little pompous and overstuffed, but I think the thrill to philosophy 101 speeches is still in decent ratio. The third one ... there's only so many squids getting shot down by robomechs that one needs in a movie. There's only so many Smiths I need to see. and hey, 4K HDR and soundtrack are terrific.

I love these movies. Even the 2nd and 3rd movie. One of a kind series and it looks superb in 4k with hdr. The sound is amazing. Great trilogy to add to your collection.

This is a great trilogy the 4k visuals are worth the upgrade. sound is great as well I wish the animatrix was included but not a big deal.

I purchase this during a deal at $28 & this was absolutely worth it. I've always loved the matrix trilogy, seen it from vhs, dvd to blu ray. But this, this 4k is so clean and beautiful compared to all previous releases. The new color grading & scan are phenomenally done with this trilogy. A must have for any matrux fan.

Got this in anticipation of the next Matrix in Dec. No complaints and the price was right. 4K and digital download codes, what's not to like?

Bought the DVD when it was released. Bought the BlueRay when it was released. 4K Looks great. If you haven't seen this trilogy you need to escape from the rock you're under! ;)

And followed the white rabbit. This movies look so good in 4k, wow the details and stuff. Can you say hello future? It is missing the anime (animatrix), so keep that in mind.

Great color and resolution improvement for a great movie. Still I feel like 60 is a little steep for how old these movies are. I would pick it up on sale but definitely a must have for your 4k collection.

How's the greatest sci-fi trilogies ever never look better on 4K. Take me back to the Matrix yes please. I got this set on black Friday for under $50. Comes with blue Ray's and digital copy. A Must buy!!

These movies are unbelievable! It’s amazing how much different the 4K fo format is! So much detail and clarity! Once you see that, you can’t go back! Thanks for carrying a wide selection of 4K movies!
