    I had forgotten much of the intricacies of the story.It was good to reconnect for for I see the new Matrix.

    Great 4K upgrade! Would have been nice to get the Animatrix too, but a minor complaint. Still worth getting.

    Good transfer. Last time I watched the matrix was on DVD. Better than I remember (if you can get passed the dated CGI)

    A good trilogy. The first movie is an absolute classic. The other sequels might not live up to the original, but were nonetheless good efforts.

    I enjoyed the noticeable increase in color and resolution. Sound is slightly better as well. You can tell this is not a new 4k DV title.

    This is a review of the 4K for this movie. Of course, you already know if you like the movie and, of course, I purchased it because I like it. It's a classic. But I already had a blu ray version of the first in the trilogy and, I have to say, the 4K version of that one is about the same visual quality. Haven't watched the next two yet.

    The Dolby Atmos track is immersive, and 4k well done. The first film seems to be a bit grainy, but easily overlooked.
