Didnt follow the book too well, but still enjoyed.

Good movie! Could watch this over and over again!!

I can't read so this movie was just what I needed.

I found this genre to be worn a bit thin - dystopic society, only teenagers can save us - and well worn already (especially with two other similiar themed series out there now). Visually not a bad movie at all, the most young cast did a good job.

I enjoyed this MUCH more than the hunger games movies. Can be considered another teen based movie (started with twilight) but the story and foundation here is well played. I will Definatly watch a sequel whereas I didn't feel that way after hunger games.

People kept asking me if I'd seen Maze Runner, & compared it to the Hunger Games. I watched part on a plane so then I bought the blu ray & watched it with a friend. It was good but not great, but now I'm ready to see the next one, if they make one...

Was a great concept, was a little slow and we were hoping for more action. The actors were new and We think if it had more seasoned actors it could have been a great film, we will most likely watch again but were a little disappointed in the acting

The movie has a cool idea. I'm looking forward to either reading the books or keeping with the movies. The movie just seemed to push the story on too fast and didn't really develop the main character like a book has the potential to. Good effects.

I enjoyed the movie, but it left out parts of the book that I felt built the story and the characters. It was filmed too much in the dark and couldn't really see much of the action at times. But I own it now so I'll watch it again sometime.

My 9 year old wanted this movie as a birthday present so I picked it up on sale. I have to say that it was fairly enjoyable (even though a bit intense for the younger set). It reminded me of "Lost" for young adults.

This is a great movie to watch when you have a few hours and popcorn. It is about kids trying to escape the system they have been placed in. The young actors are very good and the vistas are new and exciting.

Movie starts out pretty slow, gets a little better near the end when they throw a twist on it for a sequel. Not sure how well that will work out if they make one.

Average movie that is entertaining and can hold interest of an entire family but really hoping for a more vivid world depiction. 2nd movie on 4k UHD Bluray was drastically more impressive.

I saw it in theater and was confused a bit but maybe it will get better once they complete the next installments of the series at least that's the hope. First movie is kinda incomplete to point

Overall a decent flick. Kids enjoyed it more than I did. Interesting story with some plot twist at the end. Action was good though things seemed to progress a little slowly to me.

If you're looking for a movie that follows the book, The Maze Runner is not that movie. If you're looking at the movie as a totally separate entity it's pretty entertaining!

Although I haven't read the book, I felt like the movie was missing something, like some things just weren't explained enough. Still enjoyed the film and can't wait for a sequel.
