Liked this movie. Fun & excitement beginning to end.

Good movie looks better on 4k with a nice steelbook.

The Meg is a fun & thrilling shark adventure film. Great international cast and great lead in Jason Statham. Statham gets down with the action sequences under and above the water. No martial arts needed in this movie. The practical effects of the ocean equipment looks good.

Not as good as the book. Kind of drags. Needs more shark.

Surround sound and 4K picture great. Story line ???

Well first of all, this is my favorite Jason Statham movie. Second, the picture is beautiful, especially since it’s a movie that revolves around the ocean. The ocean and the environment look beautiful. The colors are amazing. Totally recommend buying ANY movie in 4K ultra hd!

MOVIE WAS ALRIGHT. SEEN BETTER SHARK MOVIES IN THE PAST

If you like movies with incredibly huge predators eating hapless victims, you’ll love this film! Good storyline, good CGI, lots of action and plenty of footage of the massive shark. I’ve watched it multiple times.

If only the film was as good as the clarity of the 4k

I went into The Meg with low expectations, but my son wanted to see it. I was pleasantly surprised that the plot was not totally absurd a la Sharknado. The homages to Jaws were kinda cool also. We have watched twice since purchase. 4K picture is beautiful as always.

This movie was just ok it was your basic shark movie.

As a huge fan of shark flicks, this was definitely above average. A bit cheesy for sure but it's definitely not some Sharknado bologna. Nice Steelbook as well. The price is incredibly high at $35.99 but the sale price was okay...I think it was $16.99.

Absurd but fun in parts. Statham carries the show.

After hearing the mixed reviews, I want sure how I would enjoy it but it's better than I expected it to be and everyone is pretty enjoyable to watch. Statham is always good in my opinion and I like it when I get to see Cliff Curtis in a movie also, campy but fun

It didn't terrify me as much as Jaws when it first came out but I still thoroughly enjoyed watching it in fact I would have enjoyed it if they had paid homage to Jaws and said I think we need a bigger boat and you know what part of the movie I'm talking about...

Loved the cast. Honestly wasn’t my favorite movie.

You can choose dolby atmos or dts hd on this movie and i didnt know any dvds gave you that option. I tried the audio both ways and neither one was awesome, just ok. The movie is worth buying but dont get your hopes up too much, it isnt one of the best ones.
