Sometimes we get used to the old black and white movies and the censorship that was prevalent during those times. This is a raw and graphic movie that will have you gasping at times. Very strong language, but doesn't that happen in the armed services?

I am a big fan of history, especially great events like WWII and had high hopes about this movie given the story line and the cast. Unfortunately, I found the film to be slow and the story a bit disjointed. Worth seeing but not a must watch (or own).

This is a movie that seemed like it should have more going on and more "moments." However, I found the story ended up drawing out in a boring fashion and the actors are going through their predictable motions in terms of performances.

I don't know if it's the editing or the script or both, but this movie didn't flow at all, and by the time it was over, I didn't feel like anything had happened, and I didn't know any of the characters.

This was the second try at getting the proper package containing a digital copy. Both times I received only the DVD/Bluray combo. After talking to a store manager where I returned the second shipment, I found that the SKU for both the double and triple packs are identical. At that point I could see the ridiculousness of continuing to try to get the right one. Gave up.

Would give it 4 to 5 stars IF I could have watched and kept it...AND...BEST BUY ACTUALLY SENT WHAT I PURCHASED AS LISTED! It is Listed as Digital, Bluray and DVD AND picture too, BUT...only Bluray was sent TWICE to replace and correct. Failed on both and SO disappointing this has happened before and not correcting.

I was very disappointed. I had been looking forward to this movie,but it just did not follow thru even tho it had good stars in it they did not do it justice

The story was slow and not very interesting, even though it was based on a true story it was difficult to care about any of the chractors

This movie has a good cast, but it can get kinda boring and drawn out before it gets to anything good in the plot of the movie.

Great movie and dvd, however I couldn't get the digital copy to work which is the whole reason I bought it.

It was slow, some of the dialog corny . The acting was Ok, not up to their usual standard.

This bestbuy store is horrible.i will.never.ever.go.into.this store.again terrible.management with poor.customer.service.skills. for.handeling issues and error on there behalf

Genre confusion anyone? Its not funny. It's not socially important. It's not suspenseful. It's not action packed. But kind of tries to be all those things whilst be none of them at once? Which is strange cause George Clooney is normally a great director. Not sure where his head was on this one.

Monuments Men had a great cast but the story was very slow and dragging.

Slow. We didn't finish the movie. Disappointed given the all star cast.

Product as advertised is not what was shipped. The shipped copy was Blu-Ray+DVD, the Digital Copy as shown was not included. The reason for the purchase was for the digital copy

Special features are better than the movie the movie sucked

Not very good. Fell asleep b4 the end of the movie.

It was a good plot but it fell short on on the directing and production. The story line was good but the movie moved to fast over the 2 or 3 years it was supposed to take place. The director tried to create a story within a story but it fell short.
