I have seen several survival movies and this one caught my attention, well for maybe the first 30 minutes of the movie. The dog was the best actor/character. The 2 actors just did not seem like they were into the roles or they are just not that good.

The movie is about two people who try to get a flight out and end up paying a private plane charter that crashes onto the Alaskan mountain. They have to depend on each other to get down the mountain to saftey.

I was kinda expecting more with such great actors. The plot is somewhat lacking, but the acting makes up for it. So overall, not the best movie, but certainly not the worst.

You got a great cast on a predictable movie. A doctor and a photographer crashes in the remote mountains of Canada. Guess what happens...

Rotten Tomatoes pegged it correctly. It is a decent survival movie with reflections on personal introspection.

Fairly explainable but survival in these situations would have ceased long before the participants got down to civilization.

If you lady is a fan of Idris then this is the movie you watch with her! An engaging story romance perfect for the couch

I thought this was going to be a thriller or survival story... It wasn't, it was a "love" story masquerading as a thrilling survival story. Very predictable back end to this story. The best thing going for it was the cinematography in the mountains. I thought Kate "Whines a Lot" (Titanic nickname!), was pretty good, but Idris is pretty one note ion most of all his movie performances.

I saw and liked the movie in the theater. I wanted digital copy for home and devices. Enjoyed it again.
