The Bluray itself is great quality. I felt like the movie dragged but none the less, the actors carried the film. Also for all the animal lovers... The Dog Lives!

This movie has stuck with me which to me is a sign of a well executed film. The expertise in capturing the scenery and story on camera is superb especially since its in a live setting with live threats to safety. As i watched i was so moved by their predicament and the solutions and resolution for survival. I have hiked the rockies and almost lost a friend that slid down a cliff, backpacked and camped in freezing frostbite weather and fallen out of a canoe in raging rapids. The so called expert critics that bashed this movie know nothing about these things and how it would affect a person. Everyone should see this movie!

I tried to imagine how I would feel stranded in the mountains with only one other person to count on for survival. The difficulty of the situation made worse as the person is a stranger. Watching them go from strangers, to lovers, to something more is great to watch. You will enjoy this movie if you give it a chance.

Idris and Kate have created a modern day love story that really reels you in. It totally engrosses you into the circumstances they are facing and you want them to survive their horrific ordeal without ever thinking it would end up as a love story. Which made this movie even more captivating.

I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised by the romance and love story in this movie. I thought it was going to be just another survival movie, but it was so much more. Superb acting by both actors combined with beautiful vistas make for a great movie.

I bought the movie because I like Idris Elba movies and shows. I didn't have any expectations, but I enjoyed the show and wasn't bored. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. You want to know if they are going to make it. I would watch it again.

I really cannot understand why this movie is so negatively reviewed. I absolutely loved every second of it. It’s the perfect combination of suspense, action, survival, and love and how that love and passion can create a will to fight.

One of Kate Winslets better films. Good story line. Its full of highs and lows. Great wilderness they showed wherever it was. Not a typical romance film. Good for guys as well as women to watch. Will keep you asking whsts gonna happen next.

This film was surprising. I thought it would be predictable, but it had an unusual plot and a very good ending. Both of the lead actors carried the film very well. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys watching high quality movies.

I saw this film when it was in the theater and loved it. I decided that this was a disc I wanted to own. The acting by both Kate Winslet and Idris Elba was great and the scenery of the snowy mountains was beautiful.

This is a great movie about two people from two different backgrounds who survive a plane crash and must trust each other. the acting is great. the story line couldn't be better from start to finish.

Haven't seen this one yet. Heard pretty good things. Picked it up for my wife towards Christmas. Looks like a good wilderness survival movie. Kate Winslet and Idris Elba shouldn't disappoint.

I recently saw this modern day survival movie where two people try to survive after a plane crash in the snow and cold and decided it was worth adding to my collection.

I bought this in a two for $20 Best Buy deal. It's a good movie but I don't see myself rewatching it anytime soon. I would recommend people to see this film but not buy it like I did.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this movie but I had saw the previews of it and it turns out it was a pretty good movie. Definitely well worth they purchase.

4k quality is great and enjoyed the movie and actors were great and incredible scenery, seeing a couple coming together through all experiences they had to go through.
