Don’t bother with this one. Not good and not worth the time. Hopefully someone will do the Universal horror series right soon.

This was an average movie at best. The other mummy movies in the series were much better. Somewhat over acted and not great.

While I've seen several generations of Mummy movies over the years, this one a few new twists along with lots of action. Tom Cruise does his usual action hero thing (some will like him while some won't), but if you are generally a fan of his action movies then you will probably consider this a good action film with some ancient supernatural elements. Picture and sound quality on the 4K UHD version of the Blu-ray disc are first rate.

This movie has the gift of great CGI but the story is lacking. I'm thankful we did not watch this in the theater.

The mummy is not your regular story, as with Brandon Frazier. This movie takes another turn,which the storyline was different and easy to follow. If you like Tom Cruise then you are going to like this movie. It was entertaining to me, and the time just rolled along. The sound gave my 7.I system a workout color was spot on. I would watch again. Good popcorn movie. I highly recommend seeing this film.

I really enjoyed this movie even if most people didn't. Tom Cruise is a star and it's an action packed movie. This is the start of the original monsters being brought back and I for one am looking forward to it. One of the things I liked is that this Mummy is a Woman not a man so it's far different which is good. If you like Tom Cruise and action movies I recommend this film.

not as kid friendly as we had hoped but still worth it and shows off a great 4k tv well.

I'm not a big Tom Cruise fan, but this movie was pretty good. It had some funny moments to jaw dropping. Adventurous but yet kept me guessing as to what was around the corner. It left an ending which I thought may could lead to a sequel....???

Not as bad as people and critics say it is. I really enjoyed this movie for what it’s meant to be is a fun movie to watch and it does deliver a good time. If you haven’t seen it give it a shot and if you seen give it another watch you might be a fan after the second watch. For 5 bucks I couldn’t pass that up.

I'm not a big fan of Tom Cruise. I have no idea who the Mummy actress was or the other actress. I watched it like any other movie. I didn't go in with any expectations and so it would pass or fail based on what I watched. I love the original Boris Karloff Mummy film. The sequels not so much. This film took it all and spun it around in a way I did not see coming. As a 'fun' action/fantasy film it was just that fun. I didn't love it but I enjoyed it. The one piece of irony is the addition of An American Werewolf In London story point which was so clearly ripped off - I realized oh Universal owns that so they could get away with it. I tried to watch the extras on the disc and found them painful to watch. Tom Cruise and his 'puppet' director were so wanting everyone to love what they did with the story. I didn't care and stopped watching them. I guess for the amount of money which was probably spent in the movie and promoting it - it might have been a financial disaster but as a no brainer/no expectations it was OK.

Hype on this one made my expectations high. Entertaining. Glade I waited for release.

The original three Mummy movies with Brendan Frasier and Rachel Weisz are extremely engaging, however this iteration is bit off. There are elements, like Russell Crowe's character that doont make sense in the setting and at times the movie is reaching for something that just isnt there. Not bad for the money just dont go in with high expectations.

I enjoyed this version as much as I enjoyed the original with Brendon Frasier. The original series a tons of comedy relief some of which were a little over the top. This franchise could have easily been made as more of a horror series instead of the more comedic one that was made. If you have not seen this version yet I suggest you give it a try.

To many compare this to the Brendan Fraser mummy but there were a lot of different types of mummy movies out prior to and after they came out. On it own merit it is a fun story i'm not a major fan of tom cruise but it has a sound and somewhat different mummy adventure. I enjoyed it would recommend it to anyone who want a adventure even a little one
