NEAT advertises that it is QuickBooks compatible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The NEAT salesperson ensured me that the ADS Desktop Scanner was seamlessly compatible with my QuickBooks 2014 Enterprise Edition for Accountants. They have sent me manuals that have incorrect information. Customer Support informed me that the NEAT ADS Desktop does not interface with QuickBooks. 4 months have gone by without a response from NEAT. Their advertising claims the unit will work with QuickBooks, which is FALSE!

Don't waste your money.

After that, it did an update, and since that update has not functioned. I've contacted their 'customer service' repeatedly. I have NEVER been able to speak to a person on the telephone. I've only been contacted thru emails. The suggestions they have offered have not worked, but there has been no offer of taking it to a repair shop or of a refund. Do not buy this piece of garbage.

Stay Far Away from this Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great for years. Now they've gone to a cloud based app that crashes every 30 seconds. Plus their cloud service has been down for three weeks! Going on my third Tech Support direct access to my computer with at least two hours each time. All of my existing documents no longer have their names I gave them on my origianl desktop app! Would take me months to re-enter everything - that is, if I could even access and use the app without it crashing every 30 seconds! Stay away from this company, maybe might problems will help someone else avoid the same problems!

No Connectivity No Help
