This was the funniest film I saw this year. If you liked Black's Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, or the Lethal Weapon series, you will like this.

Crowe and Gosling make a great team in this solid comeback from writer-director Shane Black. It's the best studio film of 2016, by far!

Shane Black's a bad, bad man. But he's delivered an instant classic comedy in the vein of Freebie and the Bean and The Last Boy Scout.

The performances by Gosling and Crowe are surprisingly funny. The type of entertaining action-comedy that doesn't get made anymore.
