As far as anniversary editions go, this release of The Nightmare Before Christmas is okay. There's nothing really new about it, other than the sing-a-long version of the film that's included. The menus have also been updated. The SteelBook artwork is fine. It feels kinda phoned in. There's nothing to extreme going on with it. The best part is actually the illustration of Sally on the back.

My wife bought this and really enjoys it. Good for all ages.

Had good interaction with the sales person before purchase.

Disney Halloween struggles a little bit. Good in certain parts.

What can i really say about this film, that, has not already been said? Well, i will say it just like so many other's out there, Legendary! Nightmare, the sing along version is amazing. I can sing all the songs forwards & backwards. All the characthers lines i remember by heart. From the night i saw this film in theathers & in the 3d some years back, is timeless. By it, no matter what!

This is one of my wife's favorite movies. Thankfully BB had an incredible deal for this Blu-ray. I will have one happy wife this Christmas. If you are a fan of T Burton's style movies, you will be a fan of this one. The stop motion animation has Burton's fingerprints all over it. The story is compelling and the side characters actually have some depth to them. A great Halloween and Christmas movie combined into one.

I still recall going to see "Nightmare Before Christmas" in the theater. Having it at home to watch when I want is great. The details of the characters with their vivid color schemes are more noticeable. Only bummer is "Frankenwienie" is not included. Having Christopher Lee read Tim Burton's poem that tells the "Nightmare Before Christmas" in his original writing and animated totally compensates.

Entertaining movie, albeit a bit strange, classic Burton style.

Darkly imaginative musical by creative genius of Tim Burton. Jack Skellington, Pumpkin King & Mayor, has grown weary & bored of the same life & happenings in Halloween Town. He orchestrates Halloween every year for the citizens, comprised of ghosts, ghouls, werewolves, witches, goblins & zombies. After wandering through the forest & Jack stumbles upon Christmas Town with its spirit & decor that jolts him out of his boredom & routine. He tries to bring the Christmas spirit to Halloween Town and then conspires to bring his own spooky, macabre flavor to Christmas to unsuspecting people around the world. See how he attempts course correct the holidays.

My 2 year old absolutely loves this film. At 6 month he was captivated and we knew he loved the music. Eventually it was removed from Netflix and I decided to buy the 25 year anniversary edition on Blu-Ray. I highly recommend getting it on Blu-ray because it looks immaculate and the sound has been upgraded. This film may not be for everyone but to each their own.

This is one of those movies that people seem to love or hate. I fall on the love it side. What I found interesting is how much my children liked it. My 8 & 6 year old really seemed to be sucked into the movie. And they were not frightened by some of the darker parts. If you like the movie, this is a great way to get it. If you don't know, rent the movie first.

But the mean Bogeyman Oogie Boogie has plans of his own. Tim Burton's Masterpiece Visual and heart warming and spooking tale. Best Animated Disney!
