This movie keeps you in suspense the whole time very dark creepy scary good beginning to the conjuring series it’s basically a prequel I think I enjoyed it highly recommend it.

Man, I haven’t watched a scary movie in a while and I saw this the other day and it really made me jump out of my seat lol. It’s not the best but a good scare for sure.

Good build up & effects but, horrible ending. I didn't pay much for it so can't complain too much.

Bought this as a weekend movie to watch. We were on the edge of our seats with all the surprises. Definitely recommend if you like suspense.

Purchased for a movie night. It was okay but not exactly what I thought, did like the tie in to conjuring.

Great movie. There were actually a couple of good jump scares in it and usually those don't get me but these did even the ones I knew were coming.

Couldn’t wait for this to come out. Saw it in the movies, and had to have it on Blu-ray. Def won’t be going to Romania anytime soon though! Haha

Now this is how a horror movie is supposed to be!! This movie had me jumping a lot!! Scary...REAL SCARY!!

This prequel went way back on the good and evil. I have to admit saw it at the theater but watching at home seemed scarier jumped off my seat a couple of times.

While lacking a little on plot this film has great cinematography and some really amazing sound design.

My wife and I enjoyed this movie and have watched it a couple times since purchase. Definitely jump-scare heavy but a cool addition to the Conjuring universe.
