Doesn't work

Something is wrong with codec. I asked to replace and was told none in stock so I was SOL. I'll just buy them individually digital and not buy another DVD from best buy And yes, all of my systems are up to date. Ps4, pc and 2 laptops with blu ray players and internet for updating.
