The coffee isn't excessively acidic and it has a great nutty flavor. The extra bold blend is an added bonus, as I always prefer a larger cup of coffee but I really can't stand weak coffee. An added bonus beyond the great low price is that I got to use a $5 reward coupon on it, making it VERY reasonable. Great coffee at a terrific price. Perfect.

Now, someone at Keurig/Green Mountain or their source (GM is the distributor) has made the "NEW COKE MISTAKE" by changing up what was a winning combination near-perfect sweet, mellow blend and cut corners somewhere. Now I consider the taste of Donut Shop "original" (they should remove that word "original") to be average or even below average. Maybe when they see the massive declining sales, they will go back to the way it was in 2018 and earlier. I saw a 48- pack yesterday selling for the newly reduced price of $15 (NOT a sale price). I, along with many other "average consumers" whom they thought would probably never notice, have bought our last package of the once-famous Donut Shop blend, until they admit their mistake and go back to the way it was, and obviously is no longer. Take a lesson from Coca-Cola and swallow your pride, admit your mistake and apologize, Green Mountain!
