The movie was a great deal, and it is a great miniseries. The show captures the reality of the Pacific Theatre of the War.

I bought this because I loved Band of Brothers and it was fantastic! I wish it was longer though.

BAND of Brothers was truly fantastic, and The PACIFIC is a fitting follow up Mini-Series. Not better, but extremely good in its own right.

Loved the movie! I am a big fan of US History and this movie was very well done. HBO puts a lot of thought into their movie and this one is no different!

A really liked this show, so getting it on Blu-ray was a must. The metal case is very nice too.

Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg did it again with this fantastic mini series. The sets are well made and the acting is quite good.

While I like band of brothers better, this was fantastic and a must see. Band of Brothers set the milestone, and this honestly is as good, but B of B was first so one is always going to prefer that. But, if you liked B of B, you should definitely see this.

This follow up to Band of Brothers shows the war in the Pacific through the eyes of the Marines who lived to write about it.

Saw it when it first aired on HBO. Wan't really planning on buying it but there was a good deal at the time and I prefer blu rays.

Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and company do another great job with this World War II series. It doesn't quite reach the greatness of its predecessors Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers, but if you enjoyed either of those, I think you will enjoy this one as well.

First off amazing in blue ray!!! A lot of great action! Would recommend this to anyone that loves watching war shows!!

Loved this series. Showed another part of WW2 that many don’t know about, and very spot on with events in history

Headphones sound very good for the price point. I’ve paid more for ones that didn’t come close to sounding this good!

I watched this after watching Band of Brothers. It's not as intimate or enjoyable but it's still a great series on its own.

though not as compelling at its companion piece band of brothers, the same elements exist here for an interesting mini-series.
