Not so historical

There is more story than there is history. The special historical parts were very short documentaries at the beginning of each disc.

Companion series to BoB
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HBO's companion series to Band of Brothers, The Pacific, is very well-made. It is truly harrowing TV. But it is just not as good as Band of Brothers. But it's still quality viewing.

I felt like i got glimpse of the war
