The Passion of the Christ is one of my favorite movies. It is so authentic and moving. I can watch it every weekend and it always brings me to tears. I couldn't find the dvd anywhere so when I found it at Best Buys I ordered it immediately.

This movie does have artist's interpretation, or I should say director's interpretation, but overall is very accurate to the Bible. It also give a heartbreaking portrayal of what Jesus Christ went through as he died on the cross for our sins. Very intense, but good movie.

An all time great of a movie, and the Blu Ray format gives it the quality it deserves. Definitely glad I waited to get the high def version of the cinematic and Biblical masterpiece.

The Passion of Christ is the best movie that shows what Jesus went through in his last 12 hours of his life. It’s not about his 33 years on earth. The Passion itself is the brutal suffering Christ went through to pay from our sins.

"The Passion of the Christ" has been the source of controversy ever since its 2004 release, and the fact that its Blu-ray release is so standard and uneventful strikes me as odd. However, the ability to watch this movie with English and Spanish subtitles and dubbing means that more audiences will have the opportunity to experience this film and the Gospel in their own language. Glad I bought it, especially for Best Buy's $5.99 price!

Since this movie came out, I made it an annual tradition to watch it every Holy Week. The scourging scene is a little difficult to watch, it is as if you can actually feel it. It is an important movie and people who follow Jesus' teachings should see it.

I had watched the original releases that were done in Aramaic with subtitles. I found the English version allowed me to concentrate more on the movie than keeping up with the subtitles. Great and moving presentation.

I found it compelling, and amazing and truly emotionally moving and even at many times hard to watch- but- so very glad you all had it in stock so I could have that amazing movie experience. Thank you.

This movie is a must-see. It is brutally graphic in nature, but gives a true sense of the sacrifice. The blu-ray quality is outstanding. Much better than streaming. You don’t realize it until you see it.

This movie is spiritually and emotionally heavy. It tells the story of Jesus and the lead up to his Crucifixion. Whether you are a believer or not, the life of Christ is one of love, sacrifice and commitment, and this film depicts that. I highly recommend!

Great movie, though not for little ones, as the flogging scenes are very bloody and graphic. Very intense movie if you have a spiritual side at all. Mel Gibson did his homework, as this is an accurate depiction of events in the Bible.

Got this for my mother in law because she's been wanting to watch it. It's currently being used as a coaster for a month. Great movie though

I have the original version of this, but was intrigued by the English and edited for less graphic violence of this version. Being a clergy member, this might be helpful to use, with proper permissions, to teach about the Passion.

Mel Gibson knows how to make movies. Jim Cavizel superb as Jesus. Settings and Atmospheres are brilliant, makes you feel like you’re in that time period. Story is 100% accurate.

I loved the film! The dubbing was ok, and there was only a few spots without the voices lining up. But transferring from Aramic to English is no small feat. In the end this film is worth every penny and I highly recommend it!

If you have faith and believe in Jesus, this story reminds me exactly what I learned in private school many years ago when I was a kid and it hits every point I remember studying about his days till his death.

I have always wanted to see this movie, but my aversion for subtitles got in the way. Thank goodness it's now in English and I was able to enjoy what millions of viewers had when the movie was first released in theatres.

This Movie Is A Must Own For Any Movie Collector Of Faith. I Did Like The Fact It Was Available In English Translation And Digital HD. But I Still Prefer The Original Version In Aramaic Which It Also Comes With. Enjoy

I thought it was too violent especially in the pretorian in the continued beating of Christ.
