    Gibson earned acclaim for this violent, bloody and long production. Some have called it spiritually uplifting but ... it is also Really emotionally draining.

    This is the most accurate depiction of Jesus crucifixion ever. Don't love some of the liberties Mel Gibson deviated from the true accounts but overall is a beautiful film and a great reminder of Jesus' sacrifice
