In English subtitle and spoke in Hebrew it sucks that I don't understand why it not spoken in English version as well. Do buy it

I did not realize it was not in English. So I never finished watching cause i am mad I can't return or exchange it

While difficult to watch, this an important film for every Christian to see. For non-Christians, it is important to to also study the earlier work of Chirst before viewing. This will help put the sacrifice shown in the film into context. Note: Extremely negative reviews are often posted by those who have not seen the film and object to honest portrayals of Christ regardless of the quality the production.

This movie does the best I have seen in the depiction of the passion of Christ. The movie is raw and gruesome to show how painful it was to be crucified back then. Very graphic.

Spectacular movie tanto resume the life passion of the Jesus

Just watch the scenes that shows the sorrow and pain of Mother Mary, during the Passion of Christ and if you are human, you sure will cry. This is a great movie of all times, which excellently portrays the passion of Christ. Every single step of his journey to the cross is so painfully characterized in this movie so marvelously. This is a movie that every person, not only Christians, must watch. Be advised that most of the scenes during the journey to cross are not suitable for kids as there is much more violence that at some of the scenes even I closed my eyes ( I’m a 34, btw). The pain he suffered, the agony, the harassment… everything happens before your eyes. The cinematography is excellent, excellent acting and perfect direction. The editing is so marvelous that you don’t feel the switch from the passion to last supper and so on…

This movie details the story of Jesus Christ at the point where he is taken and scourged and judged to be crucified. Excellent movie. May be difficult to watch because of the intense and graphic scenes of whipping, torture ect... Heartwrenching, but essential to anyone that wants to have an ideal what Christ had to endure for the forgiveness of our sins. Highly recommend!

Really worth the $8 on blu ray! Seen on the big screen and dvd but the blu ray makes watching it that much better each time.

Beautifully filmed, well acted, and feels very authentic with the use of Aramaic, Latin and Hebrew dialogue (with subtitles). Some scenes are violent and difficult to watch, but this is an important movie for and Christian to see.

The Passion of the Christ is a game-changing movie! It's extremely emotional yet at the same time extremely graphic and gory! Jim Caviezel plays Jesus perfectly with the right emotion and with perspective! Great movie for those who can handle the brutality and gore. Not a movie for young or sensitive people, but I highly recommend this movie. It's a life-changing movie for us all!

This is an amazing movie about Jesus. It is sad at parts but very historical.

He portrays the feelings surrounded with hs death. The agony, pain, and suffering Jesus went through to get his meesage across. I am glad he made this film.

Very well-made movie. While many don't like the focus of the movie, I find it quite necessary. Everyone has some idea of who Jesus was, but the concept of what he did for us is often lost.

Very accurate movie to the accounts in the Bible. Truly a great movie to watch for any Christian, which shows the extent of the suffering Jesus had to go through for US and our sins. HIGHLY recommend.
