The disk did not work in CPU or players
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2nd worst transaction I've ever had at a BestBuy. Took the video home and it didn't work. It would not play in Blue-ray player or on the computer. Took to store for refund and policy would not give me anything but another video. This policy makes no sense. Unless I don't want the video how would I know that the disk won't work. I get that the studio may have burned the disk wrong or failed to copy on disk but I should have gotten store credit. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PURCHASE. Store personnel told me I could return it for store credit but when I returned, I was told they could only replace it with another one. Low level rude to me throughout the return transaction.
