One of the most realistic movies around if you are an NFL Football fan ! I have been an NFL football fan since I was 3 1/2 years old, and i had Season Tickets for the Buffalo Bills for many years. The Replacements is as close to being a chronicle of the NFL game with a comedic touch as you can get

1987, NFL is on strike and replacement players come and play football for the pros. Each are solid, but are quirky and have flaws which prevent them from making it to the NFL. The teams bonds together after 4 weeks and the fans start falling in love with them. Very good movie. I would recommend it for your collection

This is certainly a pick-me-up movie. Keanu Reeves and the rest of the cast really make this movie enjoyable and it is very quotable. I would suggest this to anyone with a sense of humor and doesn't expect this to be an Academy Award winning film.

Hilarious, truly one of the better football movies. ....Not to mention some of the hottest "cheerleaders" ever to wander the sidelines! !

This is a film that far surpassed the expectations I had for it. Great performances and a good storyline are the foundations for this comedy-drama. There is also a decent amount of extras on this widescreen dvd, including director's commentary. Recommended!

This is a good movie to watch if you like football comedies like Little Giants, that good underdog comedy. Orlando Jones is surprisely good in this comedy
