One of the better movies my wife and I have seen in quire some time. I won't lie, it still had some very gory scenes, but they were pertinent to the situation at hand. Leo did another terrific job and was very good in it.

I can completely understand why DiCaprio won an Oscar with his performance in The Revenant, his acting is a powerful force in this film. Unfortunately, for me, I felt like the story was kind of weak and not entirely exciting. With a sparse back story I had little reason to care for the character's motivations, but overall it was a good film with amazing acting.

One of the best I've seen this year. Special effects were great, the choice of shooting locations were great, acting was great. The movie was well put together, liked it from start to finish. Very glad I bought the movie.

This movie was amazing and the cinematography is some of the best there is. Why aren't all movies being released in 4K UHD blu Ray?! This is one of the first 4K blu Rays you should be adding to your collection, period.

I loved loved this movie. Leonardo DiCaprio did an awesome job with this movie. The bear scene he did was so brutally gruesome. But it was so life like. I highly recommend this movie. Great looking steelbook as well.

As we always do before we purchase a DVD, we watch the movie in the theater.If we are pleased with the show we purchase the movie. We were impressed with this movie that we have decided to watch it again and own the DVD.

This was one of the most gritty in your face main stream Hollywood films to come out in some time. Worth your time if you like western's and bloody dirty scenary.

I am a huge movie fanatic for the past 20 years. this is by far the best experience I ever had. The 4k hdr on this disc is the best I have ever seen on any format and hope more movies turn out this amazing .

This movie was intense but extremely interesting. The acting was superb. The movie was shot in a freezing location and in fact, I felt cold watching it. Some parts of this were gruesome but you could not look away.

This movie is great, starting a collection of 4K DVDs hopefully more movie we be 4K in the future. I don't have a 4 k player yet, there a bit price around 300-up. Down side is that it didn't come with a digital download.

Amazing "natural" 4K. Nothing bright and flashy but incredible environmental detail that shows the power of 4K in natural environments. A great film that will have you hooked with very little dialogue for most of it.

I enjoyed the time I spent watching the film for nearly 3 hours. It tells a remarkable story in a great way! Sometimes you'll have to suspend disbelief slightly. After watching it though, I'm unsure if it's a movie I would re-watch. After time, this may change but I feel content with one viewing as of now. Still worth a buy for Leo's performance alone.

Revenant is truly a cinematic experience that everyone should witness! From the superb acting of Dicaprio and supporting cast to the exquisite cinematography! I highly recommend this movie! You will not be disappointed!

The harshest of environment can't keep a father from finding a way to stay alive to seek the revenge of his murdered son in the frozen wilderness. Leonardo DiCaprio embodies the character and survives on raw emotion.

If you already have the movie in other than 4k, you’re not missing much

This movie in 4k looks totally different than the bluray. Visually its incredible. Onevto definitely show off your system.

Just kidding. Even though the movie has its flaws, this steelbook certainly doesn't. Not the most inspired artwork, but a fitting aesthetic and looks pretty solid in my collection. Great value for the money.

Amazing 4k quality, Amazing characters, amazing acting, amazing cinematography. But, don't think LEONARDO deserved the OSCAR. HE BARELY SPOKE!

I didn't watch the movie I was in the movie that's the way I felt I'm talking 4K version the blood was so clear the snow was so white and dicaprio was dicaprio one of the best and definitely one of my fav actors

Be ready to experience some brutal weaknesses of men. This movie is full of a myriad of the dark forces that inhabit the corruptible hearts of men. Thankfully you will experience the bright and victorious conclusion.
