Bought this movie because I really enjoyed it and was thinking it should of won for best picture of the year not the Spotlight which I think was really so not something I enjoyed watching actually quite upsetting.

Wow. This was a fantastic movie. The cinematography was unreal. It really embodied the old frontier. The action was great, too. DiCaprio won a well deserved Oscar for his performance. It looks great in blu-ray too.

Glad I came across this item at my local Best Buy. Not only is the movie great, but the steelbook is an awesome addition to my collection. This one is definitely a must for any steelbook collectors out there!

The Revenant entertains well on two levels. The storyline is great, if your someone who can sit through a slower paced movie, and the cinematography is like nothing I have ever seen before.

Gorgeous cinematography and amazing story! Definitely reference material for any 4K library. From the top down amazing cast and amazing performances.

The 4k copy of the revenant is a beautiful example of how to do 4k dvds.from the gorgeous landscapes shots to the action pack moments, the 4k never lets up and have flying colors (especially with hdr!)

Im a Leonardo Decaprio fan so i knew i wanted to buy this movie. I was not disappointed. It was riveting from beginning to end. Leonardo deserved the academy award he got for his acting in this movie. Great movie!

This is a visually stunning film and all time classic presented well on this blu-ray with great add-ons. Stars include Leo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy in this truth-based story from America's early frontier.

The true story of Hugh Glass, a fur- trapper, and his dealings with family, revenge and survival. Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, the cinematography and the music will transport you to the early 1800's. A must see!

This is an incredible looking 4k disc. It is an excellent movie and the star won an academy award for his performance.

If you saw Robert Redford in Jerimiah Johnson there are some parallels here in "The Revenant". But just a few and very much more intense. Life was hard, but this dramatization goes a bit over board with the gratuitous gore and violence. The real life story was not this dramatic. It is entertaining and Leo does a masterful job.

This was Def a great movie . From the start till the end. Kepted me interested all the way through. The bear scene was line nothing I ever saw dicaprio def deserved the Oscar . I would Def recommend to a friend .

my son saw this in theater, said it was great but I probably wouldn't like it because I liked action movies to include booming special effects , I loved the movie and the audio/video on my 4k tv was unbelievable.

If you liked these Movies: The Patriot, Last of the Mohicans, and the Edge. Then you will certainly love this movie. It has a great plot, action, cinematography, and more. I myself have seen it 5 times already.

The Revenant is truly something to behold. It's beautifully shot and maybe even more impressively directed. Visual marvel - and a celebration of human resilience as well as an ode to the savage beauty of nature

This film was not what I expected & I say that in a good way. My expectations were shattered. I see why DiCaprio won the Oscar. Tom Hardy also gave a great performance. The steelbook is a nice edition to my collection. I would highly recommend it to any film collectors over the standard Blu-ray edition that’s available.

The movie itself is a little slow, a little somber, and a tad bit depressing. But the action sequences and the great acting make the movie enjoyable. Easy to see why DiCaprio finally won an Oscar for his acting!

This film is unlike any other. The cinematography alone is worth the watch. The action is great, the acting is great, and the viewer is place right into the story with the main character. Defently recommended.

I can see why Leo Di Caprio won best actor. Very intense setting showing the lifestyle of the age. Cinematography is awesome. Very little talking on the whole picture. It is a movie I will watch again and again.
