Overall, the movie is paced just a bit slow, but the depth of the story and the quality of the acting (especially by Oscar winner DiCaprio) more than makes up for it. Incredible transfer - really gets across the harsh conditions under which the movie was filmed (watch the special features). Overall, a very enjoyable viewing experience.

Excellent move with astounding picture quality. Excellent way to show off your new tv. Plus who does not like a tail of revenge.

What a movie! This is definitely DiCaprio's best work to date. He really deserved Best Actor for his role in this movie. This is one movie that I will treasure and watch again and again.

This movie may not be for everybody. But the depiction of the mountain men era in this is dead on perfect. Perfect example of man vs nature and the things in it. And soundtrack for this is great also

Starts with a great scene. Character development and conflict starts soon after, it then starts elevating the stakes. Great ending. Awesome performances by the whole cast and great cinematography.

I would say the best performance by Leo ever! It was a movie that will keep your undivided attention and the scenery and action are superb! The added bonus, a steel book for collecting.

The item arrived a little damage the case box besides that the Blu-ray disc came in good condition and it plays well overall a great movie with intense story and action packed sequence.

Don't let the length, 2 1/2 hours, keep you away, the plot keeps you totally involved. DeCaprio's portrayal of the main character was nothing short of spectacular and the photography was mind blowing.

The 4K HDR picture is outstanding. The sound quality is also superb. For those looking for a decent movie to show off what their Ultra HD home theater is capable of, this is a great addition.

The visuals, the storyline, & acting above all were just great. To take a book and turn into a movie is not an easy task, but the director along with the actors have done a fine job. Deff recommended.

The Revenant is the best movie I viewed this year. Great acting and a believable story. This type of Adventure movie is uncommon these days. The action outdoor sequences seem impossible to film.

Incredible story and acting. The blu ray picture is sharp and crisp. And more importantly (at least for me) the audio surround track is very enveloping. Don't hesitate to add this to your collection.

It took me a while to get around to watching so I has some higher expectations. I was a little let down because of the hype but still a good movie. it was a little slow and quiet at the beginning and hard to pick up on the plot from the start.
