This was definite Oscar worthy. Leo's acting was up to par with any of his other performances, and definitely deserved all the accolades. Cinematography shows us what a beautiful world we live in.

What an actor and what a story of survival. Leonardo will be remembered as one of the greats of our times. The cinematography scenes and picture quality is a must for 4k tv!!!

My first 4k movie purchase...all I can say is WOW. The movie was fantastic, and having access to not only the 4k copy, but a digital copy and regular blu-ray makes this a top notch purchase.

Slow at times, lots of story set up, which z a gud thing but that does slow down the pace of movie. Overall, if like me u enjoy 'moviemaking' then u will really enjoy camera work thru out film

This is a thrilling tail of revenge and the drive that keeps men alive long past the trials that haunt them. Great acting, incredible effects, and Academy awards. Can't go wrong with this movie.

I bought this movie without seeing it first because it had so many good reviews. I watched it and I loved it. So much suspense and quality was astonishing! Definitely a must see and have in home.

The movie The Revenant kept us on our seats watching it. It was enlightening to see how back in the 1800's how difficult it was to make a living and very hard on a person to survive. Great performance by Leonardo DiCaprio as Hugh Glass, taking into his own hands the justice for his son in a very dark ruthless time in history.

Award winning movie aside I bought this specifically to test out my 4K OLED TV's capabilities and was not disappointed. If you want to see what current 4K has to offer this is a great option

This was the most realistic depiction of life in the early 1800's that I've ever seen. Next to Gangs of New York this is my favorite Dicaprio movie ever...I give this my highest recommendation!!

Referred to by many as the golden 4k disc. I don't agree but I don't disagree either. This is beautiful and a must own 4k disc but I think Lucy outdoes it by just a hair.

The story behind this movie is very interesting, but the cinematography is the reason why I bought this. It is completely breathtaking and any movie collector should by no doubt buy this movie.

Great movie and it looks awesome in 4K! The scenery and the picture quality in this movie is spectacular. The Bear scene with DiCaprio looks even more intense watching it in 4K.

The Revenant is one of the most gorgeous films you will ever see. Leonardo Dicaprio deserved his first Oscar for his incredibly dedicated performance, easily the best of his career! A must see!

May have not been his most Oscar worthy performance in his acting career according to some but it definitely shows and lives up to his versatile character as an actor. Excellent story and cast!

While brutal at times (violent, bloody, bleak), this movie is also beautiful in its minimalistic use of sound/music and how it captures the quest of one man to avenge the death of his son.

A movie that showed how ruff the fur trader's had it I mean it wasn't as tuff as the AfricanAmerican slave trade but nonetheless I'm glad I was born in the seventies
