Saw it in theaters, eagerly waited to own it for myself. This is something that you can watch a few times a year and it will never get old.

I had heard about the movie from a friend. It didn't sound like a movie I would like, but I ended up watching it with my husband. Hard to believe people could be so cruel to others. The strength it took to survive. Very striking and harsh.

The only problem with owning the BluRay of The Revenent is it will make you want a bigger TV to better appreciate the magnificent visuals.
