Leonardo DiCaprio at his finest,he has done it again !amazing special effects, gripping Thriller that leaves you holding on till the end.definitely one for the collection,award worthy. Suspenseful with an amazing score.

Leo deserved this Oscar plain and simple for this movie. His performance was unbelievable, totally selling into the roll. Tom Hardy also in a supporting roll was superb. My only complaint is that is sometimes felt slow, but overall it was an intense story. I also highly recommend reading the book.

Fantastic film that I’ve seen roughly ten times. It is beautifully shot and the acting is great as well with Leo winning his first academy.

This movie is a great story of not giving up. Mixing the great acting talents of Leonardo DeCaprio and Tom Hardy and the rest of the wonderful actors and beautiful scenery and shots makes this an instant masterpiece.

Such a great movie. And a well deserved Oscar win for DiCaprio. The fight scenes were great, the setting was perfect, the acting was on point. The 4K looks brilliant. Very satisfied with this purchase and with this movie.

As far as watching a 4k movie goes, this is the one to see on a 4k display. I won't give anything away with the movie, but if you've seen any trailers of the Revenant, you know what to expect during the 2+ hour film.

I enjoyed this film on so many levels. First in its beautiful scenery. Secondly, its not a techno media monger. Third, in its pure nostalgia. Part dream, part nightmare, the epic journey of a man and his son.

This movie is packed with an awesome story. The camera work and way that it will have you on the edge of your seat is amazing. The action is nearly non-stop. Your heart will be racing. A must see film.

I got a good price on this movie at Best Buy. It was a birthday present for my father. The movie is excellent! I will purchase more movies in the future from Best Buy!

Excellent acting from Leonardo DiCaprio, beautiful picturesque landscapes and fantastic cinematography. The film is very violent for those who may be sensitive to that sort of thing, but an amazing story of survival.

If anyone that is reading this review, go out and get it now, you'll be excited that you did, it's a great movie and I see why it was named Picture of The Year, follow my advice you can't go wrong by getting it ASAP!

One of the better movies my wife and I have seen in quire some time. I won't lie, it still had some very gory scenes, but they were pertinent to the situation at hand. Leo did another terrific job and was very good in it.

Story - Based on true with some changes as usual. Sound - Realistic sound since from nature. Cinematography - Can't get more raw than this. Acting - Best actor award acting from actors.

One of the best I've seen this year. Special effects were great, the choice of shooting locations were great, acting was great. The movie was well put together, liked it from start to finish. Very glad I bought the movie.

I can completely understand why DiCaprio won an Oscar with his performance in The Revenant, his acting is a powerful force in this film. Unfortunately, for me, I felt like the story was kind of weak and not entirely exciting. With a sparse back story I had little reason to care for the character's motivations, but overall it was a good film with amazing acting.

This movie was amazing and the cinematography is some of the best there is. Why aren't all movies being released in 4K UHD blu Ray?! This is one of the first 4K blu Rays you should be adding to your collection, period.

This was a very engaging movie from start to finish. Leonardo Decaprio was awesome. I was glued to the screen. This is was it was like back in the day!

As we always do before we purchase a DVD, we watch the movie in the theater.If we are pleased with the show we purchase the movie. We were impressed with this movie that we have decided to watch it again and own the DVD.
