Lets be honest, Leo has deserved in Oscar for years now, and this film continues his streak of amazingness when it comes to diving into a role. Great film overall!!

This film depicts the struggles of one man's will to survive the hardships of living and working in the wilderness of days of yore. Beware: there are some brutal scenes. Due to the length, I am glad that I waited to view this film in the comfort of my home. Worth watching!

This movie is fast moving and extremely violent. DiCaprio does an excellent job. Care should be taken if you are looking at showing it to children (13+ for sure.)

Blu-ray on a high-end HDTV looks fantastic. I'd imagine 4K looks even better. Lifelike, sharp audio. Movie is tough to watch at times but a worthy Oscar contender.

Amazing Oscar-winning film in a beautiful, highly-collectible steelbook package. Much cheaper than importing nearly identical steelbook releases from overseas.
