I did not see this movie in the theater so I blind bought it. I did not regret it one bit. An absolutely incredible, raw and powerful movie. HDR and Surround sound is impeccable in this film. Highly recommended.

This was one of the most gritty in your face main stream Hollywood films to come out in some time. Worth your time if you like western's and bloody dirty scenary.

If you already have the movie in other than 4k, you’re not missing much

Very suspenseful movie. Never knowing what to expect next along with breath taking rugged scenery keep this movie very well thought out and played to by both good and not so good. Wildlife scenes are the best of all.

Loved the cinematography as much as the story. Computer graphics were excellent as well. The seamless camerawork without the use of multiple cameras was great and made you feel like you were part of the environment.

I was afraid the bear scene would be too much, but it wasn’t that ling or bloody. Some of the long cuts are nice.

One of the best movies to get in 4k. The landscape imagery alone makes this a collector's item. I already owned this in Blu Ray but I have no regrets getting the 4k version. I'm very happy I did.

Excellent movie that explains what a father is capable of doing for the love of a son, a lot action great storyline recommend in 4K to appreciate every single detail in background of the movie.

I bought this the same day that I purchased my new Xbox one and was excited to pop in a "real" 4K blu-ray movie. I am not quite sure that I was able to see the difference in this and the standard blu-ray version which I have also watched on the same TV setup. The movie is excellent, but I'd save a couple of bucks and just get the "normal" blu-ray.

I watched the movie a second time with my blanket around me as I felt the cold that Leo was feeling during the entire movie. I also felt the bear when it bite him. Great movie, well deserving of the Oscars received!

This 4k Blu-ray is a must own for serious movie collectors. After doing some researching of my own, the Revenant is widely known as one of the most visually stunning 4k Blu-rays. It doesn’t disappoint

This one is an edge of the seater! The bear scene had me ready to jump out of my skin and I knew ahead of time it was coming from talking to my friends. Leo finally got his Oscar and it was well deserved! Woohoo!!!

DiCaprio at his best. A well directed Western with a terrific story line. Well deserved Oscar for DiCaprio.

Bought this movie because I really enjoyed it and was thinking it should of won for best picture of the year not the Spotlight which I think was really so not something I enjoyed watching actually quite upsetting.

Wow. This was a fantastic movie. The cinematography was unreal. It really embodied the old frontier. The action was great, too. DiCaprio won a well deserved Oscar for his performance. It looks great in blu-ray too.

Amazing 4k quality, Amazing characters, amazing acting, amazing cinematography. But, don't think LEONARDO deserved the OSCAR. HE BARELY SPOKE!

This was a amazing movie and well worth the money spent. Leonardo always plays some good films but this will definitely grab your attention. It’ is a survival of the fittest that will have you on the edge of your seat. There’s one scene only that will make your cringe. The 4K and hdr is top notch quality and is reference quality

Glad I came across this item at my local Best Buy. Not only is the movie great, but the steelbook is an awesome addition to my collection. This one is definitely a must for any steelbook collectors out there!

Im a Leonardo Decaprio fan so i knew i wanted to buy this movie. I was not disappointed. It was riveting from beginning to end. Leonardo deserved the academy award he got for his acting in this movie. Great movie!
