Was torn between 850d and 940d. For the price difference and the features I believe it to be the better buy. I have a 3d tv and never use the 3d so the answer became clear. Love the picture.

This was our first 4K movie purchase and I sure did make the right choice. What amazing cinematography, color and depth. We are now officially in the age of UHD and this movie doesn't disappoint.

Leonardo DeCaprio and Tom Hardy excel in this frontier adventure. This movie is intense and entertaining all at the same time. Well worth the watch and highly recommended.

Initially I was worried about this movie, I had not heard alot about it other than Leo gets killed by a bear. AMAZING MOVIE. The movie was shot with 100% natural light, great movie. You must watch.

If anything, this film is beautiful looking. But the film itself was okay in my opinion. The beginning which includes the bear scene and the ending are fantastic, but the middle for me didn't really do it. Just was kinda slow for me and thought the film could have been 30mins shorter, 15 tops. Overall it's a gorgeous looking film

I found this movie entertaining. It's clear why this was the movie that won Leo the Oscar. Good movie and the action kept me kept me glued to the tv. Don't think you'll be disappointed with it...

Excellent move with astounding picture quality. Excellent way to show off your new tv. Plus who does not like a tail of revenge.

The movie is well done and close to the truth as a movie can get today. This move lets us see how it was back in That time a real hard life and not knowing what is around the corner in real life.

A movie for Leo fans, Excellent outdoor on location shooting for movie showing the grittiness of the great outdoors. No studio or blue screen here. Get some snacks for this one, its a long movie!

Upgraded to 4K, already own on Blu Ray. Watching a man's epic journey as he deals with his grief and vengeance. Beautiful photography and scenery. Would not recommend for children under 13.

This was definite Oscar worthy. Leo's acting was up to par with any of his other performances, and definitely deserved all the accolades. Cinematography shows us what a beautiful world we live in.

Bought this 4k version of the movie as a birthday present for our son to view on his new 4k TV he also purchased at Best Buy. He enjoyed the movie and said the picture quality was excellent.

I researched to find what people said were the best 4k movies as we just got a 4k TV. Said this one was one of the best. They weren't wrong. Looks great on the TV and it's a good movie too!

The Revenant an excellent remake of the movie the man in the wilderness with Richard Harris decaprio carries the part fairly good considering he is much smaller then Harris...

My first 4k movie purchase...all I can say is WOW. The movie was fantastic, and having access to not only the 4k copy, but a digital copy and regular blu-ray makes this a top notch purchase.

The quality of the 4K HDR is insane on my 65 inch Sony X900E and my Xbox One X. Leonardo DiCaprio is at his best in this film. Amazing acting, amazing storyline, a must see film.

Slow at times, lots of story set up, which z a gud thing but that does slow down the pace of movie. Overall, if like me u enjoy 'moviemaking' then u will really enjoy camera work thru out film
